Yes. If you book before 12 noon on any weekday, we have a technician at your home that afternoon. Saturday slots are also available. Evening appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance.
If a part is not on the van, we order it overnight and return the next working day at no additional call-out charge. This affects fewer than 20% of jobs.
The guarantee covers any failure of the repaired component within 12 months. If the same fault returns, we come back and fix it at no charge. It does not cover new, unrelated faults.
