SpinFix was founded in 2015 by Marcus Delaney and Priya Rao, both former factory-certified technicians who had spent the previous decade servicing appliances for manufacturer warranty programmes.
They kept seeing customers being told to replace machines that needed a $90 part and an hour of work. SpinFix was built to be the company that gives a different answer.
Today SpinFix employs fourteen technicians, has completed over 28,000 repairs and maintains a 4.9-star rating from customers who expected the worst and were told their machine could be saved.
